The edition of 30th August had a summary of what people think after 12 months of 20mph.
Nobody mentioned how the change was made.
I wonder how many people realise that the Highway Code for the UK changed.
The only way any driver from outside Wales will know the default speed limit is having read the Highway Code.
And since the default changed, none of the roads with the new safer speed limit need to have repeater signs to remind drivers it’s 20.
Scotland made similar changes but without the default. Their 20 zones have repeaters and seem to be followed by more people.
The Welsh Government consultation excludes the law change. It only covers your stretched local councils handling of the changes.
