One person has been injured after two cars crashed near Welshpool.
Dyfed-Powys Police have confirmed that one person has sustained minor injuries after two car crashed this morning (September 6).
The crash took place on the junction to Gaer Lane and blocked up the bridge on that section fo the road.

This saw officers from Dyfed-Powys Police close it off to drivers while they cleared the road way.
A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Police were called to a collision on the A490 between Meifod and Welshpool at around 8.30am.
“The collision involved two cars, and took place just before the junction to Gaer Lane, blocking a bridge.
“One person is believed to have sustained minor injuries.”
