A WELSHPOOL man has denied being a drug dealer and his case has been sent to the crown court.
John McDonald, 45, denied being concerned in the supply of cocaine when he appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, September 3.
The charge alleges McDonald, of Foundry Lane, Welshpool, committed the offence between February 26 and August 26, 2021.
Magistrates declined jurisdiction of the case and committed it to Mold Crown Court. McDonald is due to appear there on October 4.
