A four bedroom detached house in Powys has been put up for sale with an asking price of nearly half a million pounds.
A property with two acres of land near Adfa, near Newtown, is currently on the market at a cost of £495,000.
The property comes with several outbuildings and landscaped gardens, as well as land that estate agents Morris, Marshall & Poole describe as being suitable for equestrian purposes.

The estate agents said the property is a "fantastic opportunity" to have a smallholding of around 2.70 acres situated in the heart of Mid Wales just outside the rural village of Adfa, near Tregynon.
“The current owners have carried out various improvements to the house, works which include the installation of an air source heating system, new UPVC double glazed windows and new flooring throughout, although there is also some finishing off work still to be done.
“Various improvements have also been undertaken outside which include the erection of a new workshop with solar panels on the roof and a livestock shelter together with landscaping of the front garden which includes an attractive seating and barbeque area.”
The ground floor features a kitchen, dining room and living room, which contains a log burner. The area also features an inglenook fireplace and laminate flooring.
The first floor features a landing, also with laminate flooring, and the four bedrooms, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom.
On the rest of the property, Morris, Marshall & Poole added: “The grounds comprise a level parking area with space to accommodate several vehicles, landscaped front garden with lawn, seating and barbeque area, vegetable plot with greenhouse and garden store.”
