The most affordable areas in Powys to own a property with a garden space have been unveiled in a new study.
MG Timber and Online Marketing Surgery have created the Garden Space Report which helped rank areas in Powys based on their home outdoor space, revealing the best areas to buy houses with a garden.
Rhayader, Newbridge on Wye and the Elan Valley offered the most home garden area space with an average of 3,481,516 square metres.
Llanfyllin and Llanwddyn ranked second with 3,197,296 square metres while Knighton and Presteigne residents average 3,050,312 square metres.
Hay on Wye and Talgarth residents have 2,252,113 square metres of garden while Crickhowell, Llangynidr and Llangorse rank fifth with 2,084,084 square metres.
Sennybridge and Talybont-on-Usk stands in sixth place with 2,082,574 with Builth Wells and Llanwrtyd Wells next with 1,967,956 square metres of garden space.
Llanfair Caereinion and Caersws each rank eighth with residents of each community having an average of 1,934,916 square metres of garden space while Ystradgynlais and Tawe Uchaf is ninth with 1,877,675 square metres.
Abermule, Churchstoke and Kerry complete the listings with 1,834,002 square metres.
