One person was airlifted to hospital after a crash on a main road in Powys.
Dyfed-Powys Police have confirmed two people required medical attention after a vehicle crashed on the A470 in the early hours of Tuesday morning (August 6).
According to Dyfed-Powys Police the vehicle left the road and crashed into a hedge leading to two people needing to be taken to hospital – with one of them being airlifted to hospital by the air ambulance service.

This crash saw the road between Rhayader an Llangurig close for the second time in only a few days after a collision saw the death of the motorcyclist at the weekend.
A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Dyfed-Powys Police received a report of a single vehicle road traffic collision on the A47- Rhayader to Llangurig, at approximately 1.40am, Tuesday August 6.
“The vehicle had left the carriage way and collided with a hedgerow.
“One person was airlifted to hospital and another via ambulance.
“The road remained closed whilst emergency services were in attendance and opened at approximately 7.05am.”
