An emergency closure has left a Powys road off limits to traffic for two full days while repair work is carried out.
On August 7, a stretch of road on the C2018 at Abercegir, near Machynlleth, was closed off to traffic for Hafren Dyfrdwy to carry out repairs on a leaking boundary box.
The road will remain closed for 24 hours from August 7 to August 9 while the water supplier carries out repairs and replace it.
Boundary boxes are designed to house the water meter at the boundary between the water main and the domestic supply.
