THANKS have been given to a member of the Llanfyllin Young Farmers Club who is handing over the reins to the next generation.
Jessica Andrews was thanked by members after her ‘many years of service’ as secretary for the club after it held its most recent annual general meeting (AGM).
A spokesman for the cub took to social media to thank her as she now moves into ‘older age group’ and confirmed she will still be involved.

They said: “Last (Monday) night we held our AGM at the Tabernacle.
“Jess goes over age this year and we said thank you for her years of hard work and organisation of our members.
“She handed over the secretary reigns to Mari.
