A woman accused of stealing a car and tools as well as receiving a stolen passport and handbag has had a warrant issued for her arrest after she failed to attend court.
Chelsea Ross, 31, faces three charges which all happened on January 7, 2023 in Powys, Shropshire and the West Midlands.
The West Midlands woman is accused of the theft of a Vauxhall Insignia car belonging to Adam Woolley in Llanfair Caereinion and stealing Lee Phillips's Makita tools in Ford.

She is also charged with "dishonestly" receiving a stolen handbag and passport from Mill Street, Willenhall, near Wolverhampton which belonged to Oliwia Diakowska.
Ross, of Rolvenden Court, Mill Street, Willenhall, had been ordered to appear at Welshpool Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, July 23, but failed to show up.
Magistrates agreed to issue a warrant for her arrest following an application made by the prosecutor Helen Tench.
