I have been led to believe we have a housing shortage crisis, demolishing a house for a coffee shop goes against all common sense and local needs.
The area of the Upper Seven now floods repeatedly in the winter months causing traffic chaos. Putting a hotel or a drive through coffee shop in a high flood risk area highlights the inability of sensible decision making.
