Firefighters were called to a farm near the Powys border on Friday night (July 5) after a telehandler caught fire.
Shortly before 8.30pm, Baschurch and Shrewsbury were alerted to a tractor fire at Cae Howell farm in Edgerley, which is near Llandrinio in north-east Powys.
Half of the farmer's Manitou agricultural telehandler was involved in the fire, the fire service said.
Firefighters' involvement in the incident ended by 8.55pm after the fire was successfully and safely extinguished.

A statement from Shropshire Fire and Rescue and Service said: "At 20:28 on Friday, 5 July, 2024, SFRS Fire Control received a call reporting a fire classified as Tractor Fire in Edgerley, Oswestry.
"Two fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Shrewsbury. An Operations officer was in attendance.
"Crews used the following equipment to tackle the fire: breathing apparatus (BA) and hosereel jet.
"One Manitou agricultural telehandler 50% involved in fire."
