A man arrested on suspicion of murder in connection with the death of a woman who was found in a river last year will face no further police action.
The 46-year-old man was arrested on the day Natalie Dean's body was discovered in the River Severn near Llanidloes following a search by police on Sunday, May 28, 2022.
Ms Dean, who lived in the Ford area of Shropshire, and her partner had planned to camp overnight in a field close to the river in Llanidloes on Saturday, May 27.
A police search started after Ms Dean was reported missing at around 11.30pm that evening.

A murder investigation called Operation Wenlock was launched two days after the 34-year-old's body was found in the river by dog handlers at around 4pm on Sunday afternoon.
The 46-year-old man arrested in connection with Ms Dean's death had been released on bail while police continued with their investigation.
More than 12 months after Ms Dean died, Dyfed-Powys Police have issued an update on their investigation.
A spokesperson for the force said: "The investigation is now complete.
"In this matter no further action will be taken against the man arrested.
"As such this investigation will be referred to His Majesty’s Coroner for Powys."
Ms Dean's family said in a statement following her death that they were "distraught" by the loss of their daughter and sister who will be "missed by us all".
"We would like to thank everyone for their support at this horrific time," they said.
"It has meant a lot to the whole family."
An inquest hearing held at Pontypridd Coroner's Court on July 3, 2023, was told that a pathologist gave a provisional cause of death as "pending further investigation".
