Fire crews were called out after a tractor caught fire on the Powys border.
Two crews were called out to Wentnor near Bishop’s Castle after a tractor caught fire this afternoon (June 27).
According to Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service he entire vehicle was caught up in the fire, including the baler it was towing.

A spokesperson for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “At 3.52pm on Thursday, June 27, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service Fire Control received a call reporting an incident classified as Tractor Fire in Bishops Castle.
“Two fire appliances were mobilised from Bishops Castle and Craven Arms. An Operations officer was in attendance.
“The Baler was fully involved in fire. Fire crews extinguished the fire using one hose reel jet and also used two breathing apparatus.”
It has not been confirmed whether anyone was injured in the incident.
