Over 180 acres of pastureland near Llanwrtyd Wells is up for sale in what is being described as “a rare and exciting opportunity”.

The land which is an area called Trawsgyrch is is situated approximately 4.2 miles North-West of the village of Beulah.

The land has “extensive grazing rights” and could support over 700 sheep.
