The A483 in Powys is set to reopen but only for two weeks while essential repairs are made.
The main road between Newtown and Llandrindod Wells has been closed this week causing disruption to travel in the county but is set to reopen tomorrow (June 12).
The road closure between Dolfor and a point north of Llanbadarn Fynydd has caused disruption and has seen a diversion put in place.
The closure has been put in place while essential resurfacing works are undertaken.
This will only last until June 24 and in that time it will see the road being closed on one lane and traffic lights being used for traffic control.

A spokesperson for Traffic Wales said: “Essential carriageway maintenance and resurfacing work will be undertaken between Monday 3 June until Friday 12 July between Dolfor and a point north of Llanbadarn Fynydd.
“Work will include a lane closure for the majority of the works where a single traffic lane will be maintained utilising either signalised or manual traffic control between the hours of 8am and 6pm.
“Between June 5-11 and June 24-28, narrow sections of carriageway will require a full closure of the A483.
“A signed diversion route will be in place for all traffic to ensure a safe working area for operatives between the hours of 8pm and 6pm.
“No weekend working will be undertaken as part of this project.”
