There will be two chances to catch the Red Arrows in Powys later this week
The Red Arrows team revealed that there will be two chances for the public to see them in the skies around the county this week as their summer season of displays kicks off.
The Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, the Red Arrows, are "one of the world's premier aerobatic display teams" and have been displaying since 1965.
The team "often with their trademark Diamond Nine shape, and combination of close formations and precision flying".

The first chance to see them will be on Friday (June 7) which will see the team cut across Powys as they travel from Bournemouth to the RAF Valley to go on to the Isle of Man air display.
This means the Red Arrows will be able to be viewed near Machynlleth.
According to the Red Arrows they will be appearing at "4.36pm - North West of Darowen - Friday June 7" they have given the co-ordinates - 52 36 23N 003 45 19W.
They will also be over the Powys border on Sunday (June 9) as part of their flypast for the RAF Cosford Airshow.
This will see them pass the area west of Oswestry on Sunday afternoon.
According to the team the Red Arrows will pass by at "3.23pm - West of Oswestry - Sunday June 9 and have given the co-ordinates 52 51 56N 003 06 58W."
