A NEWTOWN woman faces trial later this year after officially pleading not guilty to a charge of failing to provide last week.
Taryn Mullins, 36, appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court last Tuesday, May 21, where she denied the charge, relating to a motoring incident in Newtown on March 16.
Mullins, of Lon Gwern, was stopped having been suspected of driving a vehicle and is accused of failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis.
Her trial will take place in Welshpool on July 24.
