A Powys man has told a judge that he is not guilty of assaulting a man and a woman.
Brandon Owen-Wood will remain in custody while he waits for his trial to begin on September 24.
The former Llandrindod Wells and Newtown man appeared at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on Thursday, May 23, to give his pleas to two charges: assault by occasioning actual bodily harm and assault by beating.
The 29-year-old denied assaulting Martin Gregory James by occasioning actual bodily harm and assaulting Rachel Hince by beating her on September 24, 2023.
His Honour Judge Simon Mills adjourned the matter until the trial on September 24 this year and told Owen-Wood that he will be remanded in custody.
