A YELLOW weather warning for rain covering most of Powys on Thursday afternoon has been confirmed by the Met Office.
The yellow warning was issued on Thursday morning for heavy rain and covers all of Mid and North Wales and is set to start at 1pm until 11pm.
It comes after much of the county suffered heavy flooding because of rains following hot weather and thunderstorms on Sunday.
A spokesman for the Met Office urged people to be careful during the heavy rain.
