A renowned Powys charity will be appearing in Danny Dyer’s latest documentary for Channel 4.
Danny features in the ground-breaking new two-part documentary series, Danny Dyer: How To Be A Man, which feature interviews with men, including, male victims of domestic abuse supported by Montgomeryshire Family Crisis Centre.

“Danny spent the day with us last year at our male refuge to see for himself the impact of domestic abuse on male victims, listening to their stories and the difficulties they faced accessing help and support,” said Gary.
“The documentary will raise awareness of existing services available for men and their children. We hope men who are living through the nightmare of domestic abuse will find the strength to seek help when they watch the programme and realise they are not alone.”
Ahead of the documentary, which will air next week, Danny Dyer said: “As an actor, I've played countless characters, but now I am making a documentary about what the evolving place of men really is.
"To me, being a man isn’t about trying to fit a mould, it's about showing a bit of heart and respecting yourself and others so I'm hoping this documentary gets the geezers talking.”
Dyer is well-known for his many film and television roles, including a lengthy stint behind the bar of the Queen Vic as Mick Carter in Eastenders.
The two-part documentary airs at 10pm, Tuesday April 16 on Channel 4, continuing Wednesday April 17 at 10pm. Streaming on All4 from 11pm on April 16.
