AN arrest warrant has been issued after a Powys woman failed to show up to court to answer a charge of possessing cocaine.
Lucy Anne Beehan, 41, stands accused of being in possession of 12 wraps of cocaine in Llandrindod Wells’ Tabernacle Baptist Church car park on December 6 last year.
Each wrap was said to contain 0.5 grams of cocaine, meaning a total amount of roughly 6 grams.
Beehan, of Western Grove, Builth Wells, was due to appear at Landrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 28, but she failed to attend.
Magistrates issued a warrant without bail.
