If, like me, you are concerned at the blanket implementation of the 20 mph speed limit by Powys CC and would like a review of the policy then please contact CC Jackie Charlton as she signed off the policy and believes that I and one other person are the only ones complaining.

I seriously doubt her statement and would urge every other person who wants a review to contact her without delay otherwise we will probably not have a review.
