A POWYS man is due to appear at crown court later this week and enter pleas to charges of harassment, assault and burglary.
Callum Abbot, 24, had been due to appear at Mold Crown Court, sitting at Caernarfon, on Monday, February 19, in relation to breaching a suspended prison sentence order.
He is accused of breaching the suspended sentence order made at Mold Crown Court in November.
Judge Nicola Saffman adjourned the case, putting it back to Friday, February 23, in order to tie up with other charges Abbot, of Back Lane, Newtown, is facing.
He has been charged with putting a person in fear of violence by harassment between January 1-24, 2024, as well as burglary on January 23. A third charge accuses him of common assault on October 1 last year.
Abbot is currently in custody on remand.
