A YOUNG Powys man will face trial next month after denying drink driving at nearly three times the legal limit.
Harvey Percival, 20, was said to have had 94 micrograms of alcohol in his breath when police breathalysed him in Llandrindod Wells on July 9 last year – the legal limit is 35mcgs.
Percival, formerly of Mill View Close, Howey, but no of no fixed abode, appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, February 14, where he entered not guilty pleas to drink driving and driving without a licence.
