Three Powys holiday lodges that appeared on Channel 4’s ‘Four in a Bed’ are up for sale.
Mill Race Lodges in Llangunllo, near Knighton - that featured in an episode of the popular Channel 4 TV series, “Four in a Bed”, in 2023 - are now up for sale.
Commercial agents Bond Wolfe, who are handling the sale, said the “income-producing” lodges are set in two acres of “picturesque grounds on an idyllic river frontage location”.
James Mattin, managing director of Bond Wolfe, said: “As an added bonus, the site on which Mill Race Lodges are located has the potential to develop two further lodges.
“This is a genuine retirement sale, so there is a great opportunity here to acquire not only an income producing asset, but also one with immediate potential to expand the business.
“The sale also includes recently refreshed branding, website, social media and the current guest database.”
Agents Bond Wolfe added that as they are “situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Mill Race Lodges attract visitors from all over the UK to enjoy the areas’ desirable and picturesque countryside.”

The existing three holiday homes at Mill Race Lodges are described as “high quality detached lodges, each coming with a private hot tub, parking for two vehicles, access to a freezer and a barbecue area”.
They are open plan in design, and each have three bedrooms and Lodges one and two both have a sauna.
James Mattin added: “This is an investment opportunity that could equally appeal to an established leisure operator, or someone looking for a first-time investment they can easily grow.
“We are expecting a lot of interest as the summer approaches and families start to think about holidays, including UK staycations.”
Bond Wolfe have said the lodges are being sold, freehold, for offers starting at £845,000.
