A TRIAL date has been set for a man who is accused of assaulting another man along a stretch of the A470 in Powys.
Mark Evans, 45, has previously denied assaulting Jonathan Davies, occasioning him actual bodily harm, on March 7 last year.
The incident is alleged to have occurred on the A470 between Llyswen and Erwood, near Builth Wells.
Evans, of Funglas Farm, Talachddu, near Brecon, appeared in court this week.
He is now scheduled to return to face trial at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on March 12.
