A couple's cycle has come to an end after running a Newtown town centre launderette for 22 years.
Sue and Ian Rolland-Jones at Launderama Launderette in Severn Street thanked their loyal customers old and new for their support over the more than two decades since they bought the business.
"Laundrettes are absolutely a strong part of the community," Sue said.

"We’ve had a few laughs there. It’s more of a social hub where people will come in, a bit like the hairdressers, where you hear all about their families, where they’d been on holiday and their woes and blows. It’s been interesting over the years. I am going to miss the people."
Sue has welcomed several famous faces from America through the door looking to wash and dry their clothes during visits to the area.
"I just want to thank all of the customers for supporting us through the 22 years. It’s a successful little business, fair play, and without them where would we have been? I’m going to miss them.
“Time has flown so quickly. I’m looking forward to a lie-in.”
