A woman who has admitted setting fire to a house in Welshpool will be sentenced in the New Year.
Rebecca Dunn, aged 39, and who used to live in Ellesmere, Shropshire, changed her plea and admitted causing the fire that damaged a house in Borfa Green on April 20, 2022.
She was expected to face trial earlier this month after previously denying the charge of arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered.
Dunn will return to Mold Crown Court for sentencing on Wednesday, January 3, 2024.

Residents of Borfa Green, a residential area near the town's hospital, were left shocked and baffled by the fire that broke out at about lunchtime on April 20.
“When we first saw the smoke, we assumed it was someone burning rubbish or some kind of bonfire, it was only when the police and fire engines turned up that we realised how serious it was," a concerned resident told the County Times at the time.
“There must have been three or four engines on the scene in the end, even when we knew it was a fire, we never expected anything this dramatic.”
Another resident who lived near the affected house said: “It’s a terrible thing to happen, it just seems so awful and frightening.”
No one was injured in the blaze, as Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said everybody inside the property had been accounted for.
