A double Michelin star winning Powys restaurant has created a special tasting menu that will be delivered on Uber Eats.
The multiple award winning Ynyshir, based near Machynlleth, will be creating a 10-course tasting menu that will be made available in London in the run up to Christmas on the Uber eats app.
The specially created menu will include a duck leg rillette sando with a miso cured duck egg, a hot and sour crab soup with a deep-fried bun, black cod with N25 caviar and barbecued satay lobster claw and tail.

The new Uber Eats menu will cost £200 per two people with an optional £50 extra for wine.
The head chef of the world-renowned restaurant said the new project was “mega exciting” and represented a “unique” challenge for their team.
Ynyshir is widely regarded as one of the best restaurants in the UK and has picked up a huge number of accolades including two Michelin stars, five AA rosettes and was named again the best restaurant in the UK at this year’s National Restaurant Awards.

The restaurant is famed for its 30 dish, fine dining experience which blends “incredible produce and Japanese techniques” and last four to five hours.
There are has two restaurants in the area with Ynyshir located just outside Machynlleth as well as Gwen in the town centre which is headed by chef Corrin Harrison.
The menu will be made available in London from Wednesday, December 6, to Friday, December 8, on the Uber Eats app specifically for Uber One customers.
