I realise that we pay our Council Tax to fund the essential services that we all rely on, but it is grossly unfair in how it is worked out.
Two people living in a large house can’t possibly be more expensive to administer than if the same two people lived in a much smaller, less expensive property.
There has to be a better way to calculate it, just basing it on property value is wrong.
Mrs. Thatcher’s Poll Tax was a lot fairer but it caused riots, but in reality it is was fair, each individual should pay towards their services they rely on, house value has nothing at all to do with it.
