CUSTODY appears "inevitable" for a Powys man who admitted three sex offences, a Judge has said.
Connor Friel, of Brook Street in Llanidloes, appeared at Mold Crown Court on Friday via video link from HMP Parc.
The 25-year-old admitted attempting to cause a female under 16 to engage in sexual communication between September 7 and 21 this year.
He also admitted two breaches of a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO), between August 24 and September 21 and August 23 and September 9.

The breaches, the court heard, came about after he used a mobile messaging app and a cloud storage platform without notifying police in advance, as he was required to do.
Ryan Rothwell, defending, asked the court to consider applying for a pre-sentence report - which Judge Rhys Rowlands agreed to.
Friel will next appear before the court on December 11 to be sentenced.
The Judge said: "Custody would appear to be inevitable.
"You have pleaded guilty today and that is important - it does attract credit, that is a reduction in the sentence.
"You will remain where you are for the time being."
