A farmer is to stand trial after pleading not guilty to dangerously driving on a rural road between Rhayader and Llanidloes.
Jake Powell, aged 27, appeared before a judge at Swansea Crown Court on Tuesday, October 31, to deny the charge.
He is accused of driving a Volkswagen Amarok pick-up truck dangerously on an unclassified road named the Durnol Road on November 23, 2022.
Judge Paul Thomas KC fixed a trial, which is expected to last three days, for April 10.
Powell, of Llwyngwilym Barn, near Rhayader, was granted unconditional bail.
