THE case of a man accused of a Powys burglary has been adjourned for two weeks.
Niles Taylor, 22, had been due to appear at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, October 3, where he faced one charge of burglary.
Taylor is accused of entering as a trespasser at a flat in Salop Road, Welshpool, on August 28, 2022, and stealing items from the property.
Taylor’s address was given as being in Llanddewi, a village near Llandrindod Wells, but the court received correspondence this week that although Taylor had previously lived at the address he had not done so for some time.
Magistrates adjourned the matter and the case will be heard next on October 17, in Welshpool.
