A woman accused of setting fire to a house in Welshpool is expected to face trial later this year.
Rebecca Dunn, aged 38, denies the charge of arson with recklessness as to whether life was endangered at a property in the Borfa Green area on April 20 last year.
Dunn, formerly of Ellesmere, has remained in custody waiting for her case to be heard in court.
Judge Nicola Saffman today (Thursday) provisionally fixed a trial date for December 4. The trial is expected to be heard over three days at Mold Crown Court.
Judge Saffman asked for a psychiatric report to be produced to the court during the next six weeks before another hearing on October 20.
