Excitement is building for this weekend's Newtown Food Festival filled with mouth-watering delights, lively entertainment, and engaging activities for all ages.
The annual event organised by Newtown and Llanllwchaiarn Town Council returns to the grounds of Newtown Town Hall on Saturday (September 2) and Sunday (September 3) which promises to be the "ultimate celebration of local and international cuisine, bringing together a diverse array of food vendors, talented chefs, and food enthusiasts from near and far".
A council spokesperson said: "Groove to the beats of live music, participate in fun cooking demonstrations, and immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the festival.
"There will also be exciting activities for the little ones, ensuring the whole family can enjoy this food-filled extravaganza.
"Whether you're a foodie, a culinary enthusiast, or simply someone who loves good food and great company, the Newtown Food Festival is an event you won't want to miss.

A new festival mobile app with an interactive map, schedule to plan the day and list to discover exhibitors is available to download for free on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
The Saturday night lineup, playing until midnight on the Main Stage, include Black Market, Lucky Pierre, Built 4 Comfort and Smoke Like a Fish.
