Pugh, of Conway Drive, Shrewsbury, had originally appeared at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court last November, where his case had been sent immediately to the higher court.
Pugh had been due to be sentenced at Mold today (August 15) but Judge Niclas Parry granted a delay as reference letters which the defendant feels are important to his case were not available.
He will instead be sentenced at Mold on Thursday. He was remanded in custody.
