POLICE have launched an appeal for a missing woman from Scotland who is believed to have got on a bus to Mid Wales.
Amanda Ntongono, aged 30, was last seen in Birmingham getting onto a National Express bus to Aberystwyth at around 4.20pm on Saturday, July 30.
Amanda is described as black, 5ft 2ins in height, of medium build and has black mid-length hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a yellow or mustard jacket, blue jeans and was carrying a red backpack.
Police Scotland's Sergeant Kevin Dougall said: "From our enquiries so far, we know that Amanda made her way from Glasgow to Birmingham where she was seen getting off a bus at Birmingham Coach Station in Mill Lane and then getting straight on to a National Express bus, number 409, to Aberystwyth, Wales, which left at 4.20pm on Saturday, July 30, 2023.

"We are keen to hear from anyone who may have seen Amanda since she left Glasgow or who may have any information as to where she may be.
"Police and her family are concerned for her welfare and just want her to come home. With that, we'd ask Amanda to contact either police or family to let us know she is safe and well."
Any information can be passed to police by telephoning 101. Officers are asking people to quote incident number 2147 of Saturday, 30 July 2023, when calling.
