Sara Cox has released a hilarious video with Gethin Jones ahead of this year's Royal Welsh Show.
The former BBC Radio 1 DJ was confirmed as judge with her dad, Leonard Cox, in the Interbreed Beef Young Handler competition at this years show in a surprise announcement last week.
Renowned for her work with the BBC, the 48-year-old mum-of-three is also a huge advocate of farming and the countryside, having grown up on a farm near Bolton.
Sara has now shared the news in a video with fellow BBC presesnter Gethin Jones translating into Welsh.

In the video, she said she "can't wait" for this years show which will take place between July 24-27 and will see her judge on the Wednesday
She said cheekily that "I tried to get one of my bestest Welsh friends to help me but instead I've got this guy" before adding "love him really."
The Royal Welsh Show is the largest agricultural show in the UK, regularly attracting hundreds of thousands of visitors, and this year regularly attracts royalty, celebrities and leading politicians.
