A "devoted" father from Builth Wells who was found slumped in the town centre died from natural causes aged 39, an inquest has concluded.

Craig Edward Dadge was found unresponsive in Highfield Road on July 24, 2022 by a police officer who had then used CPR and a defibrillator to revive the father-of-one while waiting for paramedics to arrive.

Sadly, despite the efforts of the police officer, members of the community and emergency services, Mr Dadge died at the scene at 4.10pm.

An inquest at Pontypridd Coroner's Court on Friday (July 7) heard that whilst Mr Dadge had a history of drug use, he had sought recent help in managing this.
