Jamie Hampton is accused of sexually assaulting a man in Brecon in January
A POWYS man accused of sexually assaulting another man is due to enter a plea to the charge next month.
Jamie Hampton, 33, is charged with one count of sexual assault on a male in Brecon on January 23 this year.
Hampton, of Heol y Fynnon, Brecon, was due to appear at Merthyr Tydfil Crown Court on Monday, July 10, but proceedings were adjourned.
Hampton is due to appear again at a plea and trial preparation hearing on August 21, where it is anticipated a plea will be entered.
