A man has been ordered by a court to pay more than £100 for being drunk and disorderly in Newtown town centre.
Alan Newton, 59, pleaded guilty to the offence which happened in Broad Street on Monday, June 26.
He was fined £50 after magistrates at Wrexham Maelor Court took into account his guilty plea.
Newton, of St Mary’s Close, Newtown was told to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £31 to Dyfed-Powys Police who brought the case to court.
