The start of an annual four by four tour of Powys was described by organisers as "very successful".
The Montgomeryshire Agricultural Association held their annual four by four tour on June 2 to launch their 2023 Schedule of Competitions, taking in more than 54 miles of scenic Montgomeryshire countryside.
The event started with coffee and cake at Carno Community Centre, before travelling in the across country to Staylittle, Dylife, Aberhosan, Machynlleth, and through the Garth Gwynion Estate.

A spokesperson for the event said: "The Association would like to thank Wynnstay for sponsoring the 2023 Schedule of Competitions, Edward Turner, Huw Thomas and Edward Chapman for organising a most enjoyable route which was a good off road experience with spectacular views.
"Thanks are also extended to all landowners who allowed this event to travel their land and to take in the excellent views."
"A special thanks to Sarah Lloyd and her team for the lovely food provided at the beginning and end of the day."
