TWO new 24-hour public access defibrillators have been installed in Llandrindod Wells.
The two new defibrillators have been sited at Pentrosfa and Holcombe Avenue, meaning that there are now over 10 different locations to find a defib in the spa town.
“Llandrindod Wells Town Council is pleased to add new 24-hour public access defibrillators within Llandrindod,” said the town council on its Facebook page.
“The new defibrillators have been mounted on lamp posts on two housing estates within the town which is a first for our town.

“These have also been registered with The Circuit and will be included on the defibrillator map shortly.”
There are defibrillators at multiple locations in Llandrindod.
According to the OSM Defibrillator Mapping website, there are defibs at Ysgol Trefonnen, the Radnorshire Indoor Bowls Association, Llandrindod Wells Bowling Club, Fronheulog Care Home, the Old Town Hall, County Hall, the masonic hall and the old Welsh Government buildings, while others have recently been installed at KDM Newsagents and Llandrindod Wells Football Club.
