IT might look as if Howey WI were doing their best (or worst) Usain Bolt poses during their May meeting, judging by this picture, but they were just participating in an enjoyable session of ‘Loose Limbs’, led by Helen Baynham from Cymryd Rhan.
Cymryd Rhan runs weekly sessions in Builth Wells, Howey and Llandrindod and is looking to expand through volunteers to hold sessions in other locations.
Helen was brought into our WI after one of our members got stuck and could not get out of a boat on the lake, without help and decided to do something about it.

She benefited so much from her loose limbs sessions she wanted to share her experience of how much her mobility had improved. Billed as gentle, seated exercises which were set to some brilliantly selected music, the group moved and laughed a lot.
