Organisers of the Welsh Enduro series have said that they have beefed up security ahead of the next round in Llanfyllin.
The Welsh Enduro Series has been hit with multiple bike thefts along with other off road biking events in what are thought to be targeted thefts.

The popular series has been keen to reassure competitors that they will be doing everything can to keep competitors' bikes safe ahead of the next round this weekend (May 14) at Llanfyllin.
Organisers of the event have said they have done this by working with Dyfed-Powys Police whilst beefing up security in an effort to deter thieves and will continue to have the security boosted for the rest of the series.
A spokesperson for the Welsh Enduro Series said: “Security has been booked for the Llanfyllin event and we have also liaised with local police for more patrols and presence at this years event.

“We had planned security for the event at Llanfyllin this year but it seems that after this weekend no venue is safe and we will be putting on security for all events that we have a camping option.
“A lot of events are being targeted with four thefts at the PMBA Enduro and this needs to be stamped out.”
