Final preparations are underway for Newtown’s Spring Fayre, happening next weekend (Sunday, April 30) outside at Oriel Davies Gallery.

Organisers say they are hard at work making sure the day is full of activities, with something there for everyone, and it’s all free.

From 11am to 4pm there’s creative workshops including instrument making, weaving, circus skills, and printing.

There’s an opportunity to showcase new skills at the procession which will be kicking off at 3pm filling the field with an explosion of noise and colour.

From 4pm there will be dance performances from QWERIN, music from local artists, and of course Newtown’s Clwb DJ Club.
