A WELSHPOOL man has been warned that if he fails to show for court this week then he will be arrested.
Dominic Grant had been due to appear at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, April 4, but failed to show.
The 24-year-old, of Castle Walk, faces three charges in total, including taking a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, as well as driving without a licence and without insurance.
The alleged offences took place on December 30 last year.
The court was told Grant had sent in an email informing them he could not attend on medical grounds and that he would provide a medical note explaining his absence.
Magistrates granted an adjournment of a week, but warned Grant that if he does not show at court on Tuesday, April 11, a warrant will be issued for his arrest.
