A POWYS man whose dog has been accused of worrying livestock has been charged with multiple offences.
Ronald William Robinson is due to appear at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court in April, charged with four offences.
It is said he was the owner of a dog worrying livestock in the Pantydwr area, near Rhayader, on two separate occasions last September.
