A WARRANT has been issued for the arrest of a Powys man after he failed to show up for court.
Duncan Peter Woolard, 51, was due to appear at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, March 29, but failed to attend.
Woolard, of Werncoed, Disserth, Builth Wells, is charged with intentionally obstructing a person lawfully acting as an enforcement agent.

The alleged offence occurred on September 23, last year, in Llandrindod Wells, where Woolard is said to have obstructed Gareth Thomas, who was lawfully acting as an enforcement agent.
After Woolard’s no-show this week, magistrates issued an arrest warrant for him, not backed for bail.
