A POWYS man has pleaded not guilty to drink driving and will face trial later this year.
Appearing at Welshpool Magistrates’ Court last Tuesday, March 21, Craig John Davies denied one charge of drink driving.
Davies, 39, of Bedlinog, St Harmon, near Rhayader, pleaded not guilty to driving a Mitsubushi on an unnamed road near Llanidloes Ambulance Station on February 10.
It is alleged Davies provided a reading of 51 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35 micrograms.
Magistrates adjourned the case for a trial, which is set to take place in Welshpool on June 21.
